Butcher for a night

Want to impress your family and friends at your next barbecue with all natural, all home made sausages, made by you?

How about learning the art of breaking down a pig, beef or lamb carcase and knowing how to utilise all the meat?

Our Butcher for a Night series of workshops are designed for people who want to master real world butchery skills. Run by Darren Steel, the training is held in our state of the art meat butchery facility at Eight Mile Plains.
